From the South via Route 309:
Follow Route 309 N to the Perkasie - Rt. 563 exit.  At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Lawn Ave. Follow Lawn Ave. to the "Y" intersection with Farmers Lane.  Bear right onto Farmers Lane. 340 Farmers Lane / Hidden Meadows entrance is on the right.

From the North via Route 309:
Follow Route 309 S to the Perkasie - Rt. 563 exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Lawn Ave. Follow Lawn Ave. to the "Y" intersection with Farmers Lane.  Bear right onto Farmers Lane. 340 Farmers Lane / Hidden Meadows entrance is on the right.

From the East & South via Route 611 and Route 313
Follow Route 611 N to the Route 313 exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left and take Route 313 W for approximately 9 miles. Turn left onto Route 563 S ( Ridge Road ). Follow Route 563 South for approximately 5 1/4 miles to Lawn Ave. Turn left onto Lawn Ave .  Follow Lawn Ave. to the "Y" intersection with Farmers Lane.  Bear right onto Farmers Lane. 340 Farmers Lane / Hidden Meadows entrance is on the right.
