Martine Minninger

Executive Director

Martine was born and raised locally in the Souderton/Telford area and graduated from Souderton Area High School. She has worked almost 30 years in the senior living industry, starting out as a dining server at a local community, later becoming a caregiver, and med tech in a memory care facility.  Martine obtained her Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in Long Term Care in 2012 and since then have worked in leadership roles, supporting and guiding those who are looking after our seniors.


Eric Bleiweis

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Eric Bleiweis has lived in Bucks County for over 15 years.  Eric has worked in the senior care industry for over 10 years.   He has held roles within Human Resources and Sales and Marketing.  Eric graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology.


Joe Monserrat

SHINE® Memory Care Director

Joe Monserrat has been working to enrich lives in senior care since 1997. He earned his Associate of Arts & Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Services with a Gerontology focus at Montgomery County Community College (2009), and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Studies from Penn State University (2012). Joe also holds an Activity Director Certification (ADC) from the National Council of Certified Activity Professionals (2015). Ever dedicated to the residents he serves, Joe is passionate about creating positive and personalized social and emotional experiences that focus on improving awareness and engagement. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his 11-year-old son, Aidan, pursuing outdoor recreation and trips to the beach.


Brandie Gonzales

Director of Health and Wellness

Brandie Gonzales is a Licensed Practical Nurse, who brings to her role with our community more than 6 years of experience working directly with the senior population in both Memory Care and Skilled Nursing settings.

Brandie received her nursing training and licensure from Penn State Lehigh Valley, and through her time working with the senior population, has developed a stronger understanding and true passion for serving residents who need nursing care, some additional assistance with daily living activities or suffer from memory loss. She is also a staunch advocate for seniors, and a devoted resource for families as they navigate the challenging life transition that’s often presented by a loved one’s memory-related diagnosis.

A proud native of Easton, PA, Brandie currently resides in Center Valley with her husband and three children.


Corey Wood

Culinary Director

Corey Wood has over 25 years’ experience in the culinary world. He attended the Restaurant School of Philadelphia from 1997-1999, with a degree Chef Management. Corey began his career in the hotel & restaurant business, before starting his own catering business. Corey has worked for the past 6 years as the Director of Culinary for Hidden Meadows on the Ridge where he has molded a strong team of restaurant quality chefs to cook fresh high-quality food to make our residents dining experience top notch.

Dawn Mason

Director of Recreation and Events

Dawn has over 30 years of experience in long term care and recreation. She began at the young age of seven, volunteering in the Activity Department at the nursing home her mother worked at.

Growing up locally, Dawn attended Pennridge High School in Perkasie. She also received continuing education from Reading Area Community College, Temple Ambler, and numerous other organizations.
